Pad Thai Sauce

1/4 c SPB Slow Burner “Garlic” PB

1/3 c chicken stock          

2 TBS soy sauce            

1 TBS rice vinegar

 

Gently heat chicken stock and remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, whisking continually.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Enjoy over chicken, veggies and noodles!
